Refund Policy

 

Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for Portland Prep Centers services are non-refundable. It is the client's responsibility to contact Portland Prep Center to cancel their subscription plan. Portland Prep Center does not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period.

 

Insurance Policy: Clients are responsible for maintaining an insurance policy that covers the cost of units held in Portland Prep Centers warehouses. Clients may choose not to have their units insured, but in such cases, Portland Prep Center will not be liable for any damage or loss to the inventory stored at Portland Prep Center's warehouses. These events include but are not limited to theft, loss, natural disasters, fire, and misuse.
